A Case report of aplastic anemia after acute hepatitis

Abstract
|
|
|
A case of aplastic anenia often acute hepatitis 25 years old Korean women, was presented. Chief complaints on admission. were severe jaundice, anorexia, nausea and general weakness for about 2 weeks.
Physical examination revealed yellowish discoloration of the skim, hepatomegaly with moderate tenderness and slight splenomegaly.
Liver function test showed abnormal liver function. Peripheral findings of blood disclosed pancytopenia. Bone marrow iwas hypocellular.
The patient expired 16th hospital day despite of intensive medical care.
